After years of raising my family, homeschooling my children, and supporting my husband’s career in finance, life was shifting. I knew it was time for a new chapter—one that offered freedom, flexibility, and impact.

As I began my journey into entrepreneurship, my husband saw the potential, too. We realized that together, we could replace his income, pay off our mortgage, and create a lifestyle that allowed us to work from anywhere. But more than that, we recognized something greater—so many people around us were stepping back from truly living.

As Gen Xers, we are healthier, more experienced, and more capable than ever. Retirement doesn’t have to mean stepping away—it can mean stepping into new opportunities. We have decades of skills, knowledge, and wisdom to share, and entrepreneurship is the perfect way to continue contributing, building, and thriving
